Renewing and cancelling
Muraqib Pro is a subscription, monthly or yearly, paid by card on a Stripe checkout page. It renews automatically on the same day each month or year until you cancel. Yearly subscribers get a reminder email from Stripe before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time from the “manage or cancel your subscription” link that Stripe provides, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your key is switched off. Nothing is charged after you cancel.

Full refund within 7 days
Within 7 days of your first purchase, you can ask for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. The key is switched off after the refund.
If a renewal was charged and you had meant to cancel, you can ask for that renewal to be refunded in full, as long as you ask within 7 days of the renewal and have not used Pro since it. The key is switched off after the refund.
After the 7 days
Cancelling always ends future charges. There is no refund for the part of a period that has already started, except where UAE consumer law requires one.
If the key does not arrive or will not activate
If your key does not arrive, or arrives and will not activate, we send you a working key, or refund you in full if you prefer.
If we end your key early
If we stop Muraqib Pro, or end your key before the end of the period you paid for, we refund the days left. This does not apply if the key was ended because it was shared or resold, or because a payment was reversed through the bank.
The refund is the price you paid × the days left ÷ the days in the period you paid for, rounded to the nearest fils. For example, a payment of AED 60.00 for a period of 30 days, with 10 days left, is refunded AED 60.00 × 10 ÷ 30 = AED 20.00.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address you used to pay, and include the payment receipt or its number. We reply within 3 working days.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds go back to the original card within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We do not deduct any fees from a refund.
After a refund
Your key is switched off. All your records stay on your computer, and Muraqib Free keeps working.
